Transforming complex software testing into compelling visual narratives, I produced and edited a series of high-profile case studies for Applause featuring global leaders across various industries like Microsoft, WebEx, Skyscanner, and Expensify. These videos were designed as strategic sales tools, bridging the gap between technical value propositions and real-world impact. By distilling intricate workflows into high-impact video content, I helped potential clients visualize the ROI of quality and accessibility testing across both long-form presentations and targeted social media campaigns.

My workflow was built for speed and collaboration: using transcript-based editing in Descript to quickly cut down hours of footage, followed by in-depth editing and polishing with After Effects and Premiere, finalized by a tight review cycle with stakeholders to get from a rough transcript to a final cut.

In a post-pandemic production landscape, I navigated the transition from traditional on-site filming to a robust remote-first workflow. Instead of an on-site crew, I was often working with raw webcam footage and uneven home-office audio. To keep the quality high, I leaned on a mix of AI-assisted tools for audio restoration and background replacement, ensuring every interview looked and sounded professional regardless of the source.

Visual consistency was paramount, balancing the core Applause identity with the distinct personalities of our high-tier clients. While I maintained a cohesive set of motion graphics (including custom lower thirds and intros) for the standard series, I also had to adapt style guides and branding elements for co-branded initiatives where I produced a video for the clients social pages. For clients like WebEx and Microsoft, I worked with their visual languages to create seamless, native-feeling content that celebrated their commitment to digital accessibility and user experience.
